Sound to Sea

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Sound to Sea ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit soundtoseanc.com or contact us about a stay. We keep this simple and we don't sell your data.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any details you include when you submit our contact form or request our free local guide.
  • Usage data. Basic, anonymized analytics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, general location), collected through Google Analytics and, if enabled, the Meta pixel.
  • Booking data. If you book direct, your reservation and payment details are collected and processed by our booking provider (OwnerRez) under their own privacy terms, not stored on this website.

How we use it

  • To respond to your questions and help you plan and book a stay.
  • To send the local guide you requested and occasional updates about the property. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand and improve the website.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted third parties to run the site and our guest communications, and we share only what's needed for them to do their job:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM and email/SMS platform for guest communication.
  • OwnerRez — direct booking, availability, and payment processing.
  • Google Analytics (and optionally the Meta pixel) — website analytics.
  • Netlify — website hosting.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Just email book@soundtoseanc.com.

Children

This site is intended for adults booking travel and is not directed at children under 13.
