Reservations are made through our booking provider (OwnerRez) and are subject to the rental agreement, rates, fees, and cancellation policy presented at the time of booking. Those booking terms — not this page — govern your reservation and stay. We aim to keep rates, availability, and property details accurate, but they can change and are confirmed only at the point of booking.

Use of the Site

Please use the Site lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt it, misuse our forms, or copy our content, photography, or branding without permission.

Photography and content

All text, photography, and the Sound to Sea name and marks on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or completely accurate.

Limitation of liability
